Returns 

The Newport Mattress comes with a 100-night trial, so you can try any mattress in the comfort of your own home*. Only your first mattress purchase (one mattress per household or shipping/billing address) includes the 100-night trial and free return. It may take a few nights to adjust to your Newport Mattress. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return by reaching out to us at: support@thenewportmattress.com. We'll coordinate a pickup from your home through one of our non-profit organization partners and refund your purchase.** All mattresses MUST be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.

If you love your Newport Mattress (which, we think you will!), after your 100-night trial period has expired, rest assured that you’re covered by our 20-year limited mattress warranty.   

* Sales for 30% off its original price or more are considered “Final Sales”. Final Sales do not qualify for a return/refund.

Refunds 

if your order is qualified for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount of your order including taxes (if applicable) shipping (for outside territories of the U.S and Hawaii) and any other fees (if applicable) at the moment we receive the confirmation that the mattress has been removed. The funds will be refunded to the card we have on file and will be available within 10 business days. (Please, keep in mind that the return process may take longer than expected depending on different factors but not limited to: out of range of our main non-profit organization partners, pick up dates availability, restrictions of used goods, acts of nature, etc).

Refunds will only be issued if the "return" is made through any of our non-profit-organization partners***

You may cancel an order anytime prior receiving a shipment confirmation email.
