Free shipping is included with the purchase of any mattress, except for outside territories of the U.S. and Hawaii. 

 

Once your order is complete, and set for delivery we will email you the tracking number of your order. Your order will be processed via UPS or Fedex and will take between 2-5 business days to be delivered. 

 

Once we receive your order, it takes us from 2-6 business days to have it done and ready to ship out. Due to COVID19 we have been experiencing some supplying issues and the timing is for most companies a little uncertain. However, we guarantee that no order will take more than 7 business days to leave our factory.  

 

As part of our commitment to provide the best service possible, we offer white glove delivery to any customer within a 60 mile radius within our Stamford, CT facility. Free of any charges! If you are within our 60 mile radius, you can either contact us at support@newportinabox.com or we will get in touch with you once your order is placed.

Changes and cancellations are easy to handle, feel free to cancel or change your order prior the order has shipped. We will not give you any trouble for that, if you wanted to change for another item, just cancel your previous order and begin the new one. The previous order total will be refunded to the payment method we have on file. If it is a cancellation issue, just cancel and we will refund to the same payment method we have on file.
If a package is returned to the sender for the following reasons;
• Customer refused to receive the package.
• Address provided by the time of purchase was incorrect.
• Customer scheduled a specific date/time for delivery and failed to meet the date/time previously agreed.
The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost prior to attempting a new delivery again. If customer desires to cancel the order at this time, refund will be made within 30 business days, keeping in mind original shipping cost will be deducted.
